I've been meaning to blog this space from Canadian House & Home (my new fave magazine) for a while now. It's the loft of Sabrina Linn, former editor of H&H style editor turned designer (and I apologize for the crappy scans). I love how she made an industrial space seem so warm and charming! The inspiration board above the vintage bench upholstered in the David Hicks graphic pattern is to die for- and so is the zebra painting above the gorgeous low slung sofa at right (will I even tire of zebra? I think not.)

The most genius part of her unit is the kitchen. She installed affordable, off the shelf cabinets from a big retailer and then added decorative hardware to make them look more expensive.

I found the amazing Asian inspired hardware right here- at $20-something a fixture it's an easy way to make simple (cheap) cabinets look custom!

She did something similar with her bathroom vanity as well. And her closet is something I covet (someday I'll have a walk in. SOMEDAY!!!!)

The large windows bring in so much light- I want to be sitting with my coffee in her vintage re-upholstered chairs right now!

Her patio (which is from a previous issue of H&H) is entertaining perfection!

The best feature on her website- her "look in my bag" section. We all love looking into other women's purses, it really shows what they are all about!
