I have heard grumblings about how 1st Dibs has a waiting list to become a listed vendor. So you'll see more and more sites with similar purposes popping up, like Bond & Bowery. As a professional in the trade, I found this site several months ago and its become one of my favorites. They carry a wonderful array of merchandise, easy to search and easy to find, a welcome relief from the editorial and ad clutter that 1stDibs seems to have evolved into. Watch this site, it's growing by leaps and bounds.
